It's a brilliant location for commuting to the train station or city centre - takes approx. 10-15 mins by bike and there are bike lanes all the way, mostly off-road (and the building has secure bike storage) or it's a 5-minute walk to the bus stop where there are frequent buses. There are also several local shops, restaurants take-aways, hairdressers, opticians, a GP surgery, a pub (plus Tap Social down the road, which is a great place to spend an evening) all very close by. It's also very handy for the A420 and A34 for travelling further afield.The flat itself is new enough that it's very easy to maintain, has loads of storage and is very quiet at night (zero traffic noise). Its hidden super-power is that in the summer time, it stays amazingly cool! I don't know how, because in the winter it's plenty warm enough and the heating is very efficient, but when the temperature hits 30°C +, I've always felt incredibly smug living there because it just stays at a comfortable temperature. I'll definitely miss it!
